Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. For payment-related inquiries, contact Paddle buyer support.

Overview

Barberium, operated by Vladyslav Trusiuk, offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during the trial before subscribing.

Free Trial

During the trial you have access to all features at no charge. If Barberium is not right for your shop, simply do not subscribe — you will not be charged. No refund is needed because no payment was taken.

After You Subscribe

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

You can export your data (clients, bookings, services, masters) to CSV from Settings at any time — before or after cancellation.

Refund Requests

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request for your first paid subscription charge if submitted within 14 days of that charge. Approval is not guaranteed and is reviewed case-by-case.

Refund requests are not available for:

  • Renewal or subsequent billing periods after the first charge
  • Additional location add-on charges (unless required by applicable law)
  • Accounts with prior refund abuse or Terms of Service violations

Statutory consumer rights in your country (including EU/EEA withdrawal rights where applicable) are not affected by this policy.

How to Request a Refund

  • Include the email address associated with your Barberium account and the charge date
  • Briefly describe the reason for your request

You may also contact Paddle buyer support directly — Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes all payments and refunds.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us or Paddle first, your account may be suspended pending investigation. Please reach out by email first — billing issues are usually resolved quickly.

Complaints Policy

Email vladislavtrusiuk25@gmail.com with subject Complaint. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and target resolution within 5 business days.

For payment disputes processed by Paddle, contact Paddle buyer support. EU/EEA consumers may also contact their local European Consumer Centre or national consumer protection authority if a complaint is not resolved to their satisfaction.
